Concert Band - Grade 1 - Very Easy

 AS NIGHTTIME STARS SHINE takes the listener to a place of quiet serenity looking into the vastness of the night sky while spotting brilliant nighttime phenomena such as a passing comet, meteor shower, or the colorful Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). No matter the reason, the nighttime sky never disappoints. While lyrical in nature, percussion parts for up to seven percussionists (more if parts are doubled) are included, with several parts optional for those bands with fewer percussionists. This piece is a great way to introduce your young musicians to lyrical playing in a comfortable and low-risk scenario!
